Morning Breakfast Power Smoothie

Part of following my soul, living my life the best way I feel guided to, has been a considerable shift in diet. Long story. For now, this is what I had for breakfast this morning. I call it the Morning Breakfast Power Smoothie.

Forget morning coffee! This baby will fill you with energy all morning, with coconut oil helping speed up your metabolism and a pile of nutrients, while giving you the roughage you need to get that digestive system going.

Ingredients:

6 Almonds
4 Pumpkin Leaves
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
2 TeaSpoons Flax Seeds
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1/2 cup of water (add to your preferred consistency)

How To Prepare

Throw everything in the blender and blend it to oblivion! Or until everything looks nice and smooth.

You can have this smoothie for breakfast, or even lunch!

Handy Cleaning Tips

Coffee Stains In Mugs

I love my coffee mugs. I like them stain free. To remove that nasty brown ring inside, I use Wet a cloth. Put some baking soda and then rub the insidewith it. If the marks are stubborn, soaking overnight in hot water and baking soda helps.
